This policy describes how Joseph Fouts, operating Lake Conditions Authority Service (LCAS) under the Magic-Flow.ai brand, handles information connected with the LCAS website and subscription service. Privacy contact: support@magic-flow.ai.
We collect the name, email address, and phone number you provide, subscription and billing status, account verification information, report and lake preferences, and communications you send to support. Service records may include checkout and subscription identifiers, delivery activity, timestamps, and technical information needed to operate and protect the service. Our hosting and payment providers may process connection information, such as IP addresses and browser details.
Stripe processes your payment information. LCAS receives billing information needed to manage your subscription, such as customer and subscription identifiers and payment status. Please enter payment details only through the payment interface, and never email full card information to LCAS.
We use information to operate LCAS: manage subscriptions and payments, verify accounts, deliver requested reports and account messages, provide support, maintain service reliability, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use subscriber information for unrelated marketing.
Providers that support payments, hosting, storage, security, and email delivery process information as needed to provide those services. LCAS uses Stripe for billing, Cloudflare and DigitalOcean for hosted infrastructure, and Resend for planned production email delivery. Providers also have their own applicable privacy policies. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect accounts, investigate fraud, or protect the rights and safety of users and the service.
Hosting, security, and payment services may use cookies or similar technologies needed to provide their features and prevent fraud. This policy does not promise that the website or third-party services are cookie-free.
We retain information as needed to operate your account and meet billing, legal, security, and dispute-resolution needs. To request access, correction, or deletion of your account information, email support@magic-flow.ai from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained for legal or billing purposes. Copies in backups may remain until those backups expire under our retention practices. Deleting information and canceling a subscription are separate requests; tell us if you want both.
We use safeguards intended to protect service information. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Do not share account access links or send passwords or full payment details to support.
