Lake Conditions Authority Service (LCAS) is operated by Joseph Fouts, a sole proprietor in Kentucky, under the Magic-Flow.ai brand. Contact: support@magic-flow.ai.
LCAS provides lake conditions reports and informational insights, including water levels, weather, trends, and fishing and boating information. Reports may include automated analysis and AI-generated insights. Features and delivery options are described when you subscribe.
Navigator costs $8.99 USD per month following a 30-day free trial. When you enroll in this subscription and authorize recurring billing, your payment method will be charged automatically when the trial ends and monthly thereafter until you cancel. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. Your checkout and billing account show the applicable dates. Any applicable taxes must be disclosed before you authorize payment.
You may cancel anytime to stop renewal through the Manage Subscription option on the LCAS website. If you cannot access it, contact support@magic-flow.ai for help canceling. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current trial or paid billing period, and access continues through that period. Cancellation before the trial ends prevents the first subscription charge; cancellation during a paid period prevents the next renewal charge.
Paid subscription charges are generally nonrefundable, including unused portions of a billing period, except where required by law. Billing errors and service problems are reviewed individually. Contact support@magic-flow.ai with the email address used for your subscription and a description of the issue. Do not send full payment card information.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Keep your email address and payment information current. Account verification and a valid trial or paid entitlement are required for subscriber access. A failed payment may interrupt access. Report unexpected charges or account problems to support.
Information is aggregated automatically from public data providers, including USGS, TVA, and regional weather services. Data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or temporarily unavailable. AI-generated insights can also contain errors. LCAS reports are for informational purposes and are not a substitute for official navigation, safety, or weather advisories. Check current official information and conditions before fishing, boating, or making safety decisions. LCAS does not guarantee fishing results, safe conditions, uninterrupted delivery, or the accuracy of every report.
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access. LCAS branding and original report content belong to their respective owners. Public-source data remains subject to the rights and terms of its providers.
We will publish updates to these terms with an effective date. Material changes affecting an existing subscription, including price changes, will be communicated before they take effect. These terms do not waive consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
